Work done: Business (Subway Restaurant)
Herman has built a Subway Restaurant for us in Ramsey, NJ. We are very happy with the work he performed. Herman also done Sheetrock, Taping & Spackle jobs for our other store. Herman has performed many maintenance jobs for our businesses. (i.e: Maintain A/C filtration, Hot water heater replacement, new steel door for back entrance, grease trap clogged.) Work done: Home Herman has replaced siding and windows for our house, now it looks great. Herman also has put a French drain in our basement, which is helping not to get water in the basement since its done. In July 2008 he installed A dry well in the rear yard for the gutters to drain into, He also waterproofed the rear walls with foundation drainage with the movement of the Basement entry door over 7' |

Herman redid our family room which included laying tile floor, building a new mantel for the fire place, run wires for surround sound and TV, install speakers and mount a TV over the fire place. He also installed a new fireproof door between the house and garage. Everything was very professionally done and it looks great. We are now using our family room a lot more than we did. We would highly recommend Herman's Homework for any job you want to have done around the house. |

Herman completed a total bathroom replacement for us. Which included the removal of the entire old bathroom down to the studs and replacing all the fixtures, wall, and floor tiles. He redid all the electrical work and cleared the drains as well. All this was done on time and within our budget. He was sensitive to the fact that we had small children in our house and was pleasant to have in our home. Herman proved to be skilled, effective, and knowledgeable. He kept the work area orderly and clean as he completed the job. Most of all he proved to be a man of his word; what he said he would do he did. The bathroom turned out beautifully and we are enjoying the fruits of his labor with us. If you are considering remodeling work you would do well to contract with Herman’s Homework.
